Cirio Advokatbyrå AB’s Stockholm-based energy practice regularly handles major domestic and regional renewable energy projects, advising sellers, sponsors, off-takers, investors and financiers on the complete lifecycle of an asset. Jörgen Möller, with considerable expertise advising project developers, investors and lenders in connection with wind farms, leads the team; he is also experienced in solar, biogas and hydropower matters. Infrastructure specialist Peter Högström is a key contact, with experience in gas, district heating, production plant, and onshore and offshore wind mandates. Fredrik Morfeldt, who was promoted to partner in January 2023, focuses on wind, solar, and hydropower projects, while Maria Hanbo has over 15 years’ experience in contractual, regulatory and transactional issues within the energy sector, particularly in relation to wind farms, biogas plants, and district heating networks.
