Career

Carl Gustaf is a highly regarded and one of the most experienced M&A practitioners in Sweden and the Nordic region. He has long experience acting as legal advisor to several listed companies, banks and private equity companies and furthermore he has represented foreign companies in some of the largest transactions in the Nordic region. He also has considerable experience in advising clients in compliance and corporate investigations.

In addition, Carl Gustaf has extensive experience from advising Chinese, Japanese and other Asian companies in legal matters in the Nordic countries. He has also been representing Nordic companies in transactions, compliance and other legal matters in Asia.
