A highly experienced solicitor, Robert works with clients to identify the business’ objectives, clarify its options, identify the significant issues and resolve their disputes in line with the agreed, preferred outcomes.
With over 20 years in practice, Robert has developed extensive knowledge and experience in resolving complex commercial disputes on behalf of national, SME and owner-managed businesses. Robert’s principal areas of expertise include commercial contracts, shareholder / director disputes, insurance related claims and professional liability.
