Career
Toni Haynes qualified in 2003 and has specialised in employment law since qualification. She is the Team Leader of rradar’s employment law department, managing and supervising the employment teams across the company.
Toni has extensive knowledge and experience of employment law and the tribunal process. Her role is purely contentious, defending claims brought in the Employment Tribunals against employers.
She is able to advise on all areas of employment law, including unfair dismissal and wrongful dismissal claims, and has a particular interest in complex TUPE, whistleblowing and discrimination claims.
Toni graduated from the University of Hull with a LLB Law Degree and completed the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law, York.
