Nkolika is a senior employment solicitor at rradar. She provides board level advice to numerous commercial clients, across all business sectors.
Nkolika has particularly developed a loyal client following in the educational and voluntary sectors for whom she provides strategic advice on the employment law implications of organisational change and the implementation of procedural best practice.
She has provided employment advice to clients which involve her working collaboratively with rradar’s regulatory and commercial legal teams and representing clients at employment tribunals as well as drafting bespoke legal documents for clients.
In addition Nkolika is the Team Leader of the Legal Advice Line Service, a large team of employment solicitors, HR advisers, regulatory experts and health and safety consultants who provide one to one advisory services to rradar clients under the AXA Management Liability Insurance Policy.
