Alexis has specialised in immigration law for over 20 years. Ranked in Legal 500 as a leading immigration barrister, his expertise covers individual and business immigration law, EU law, human rights law, nationality law and asylum law. He has extensive practical experience of assisting individuals, in-country and overseas, to obtain permission to enter and remain in the UK.
In recent years Alexis has acquired particular expertise in relation to applications under the Points-Based System and in advising employers and education providers on Sponsor licence and compliance issues.
