Notable cases

1. Mr. Nabeel Rehman and Barrister Aqeel Malik were engaged by the employees of DG- Immigration & Passport, Ministry of Interior for judicial review regarding regularization of their services. The matter was contested before Islamabad High Court and has been decided in favour of our client. It is a reported judgement published in the Law Journals – Citation 2019 PLC (C.S) 19 (case decided in October 2019)
2. Mr. Nabeel Rehman handled a labour matter before Labour Court, Islamabad wherein he was able to get a favourable order for receiving benefits as per local labour law. The case was against and Chinese Company and Mr. Rehman was representing employees of the Company. (case was decided in January 2020)
3. Mr. Nabeel Rehman was engaged by a Pakistani National who is currently residing in Kingdom of Belgium. The Petitioner name was placed on Exit Control List and was not allowed to leave Country. A judicial review/writ petition was filed before Islamabad High Court and Mr. Rehman was able to get a one-time permission from the Court which allowed petitioner to travel abroad without submitting any surety or guarantee before the Court. (case decided in June 2020)
