Career

Gregory’s litigation and alternate dispute resolution portfolio includes administrative law, constitutional and human rights, corporate and company law, housing law and employment law.

His portfolio of clients have interests in construction and property development, hotels and utilities, as well as clients in IT and computing and education.

He writes prolifically about the law. He is the author of The Law and Practice of Judicial Review in Malaysia (2020) (CLJ Publications), which is the first practitioner’s text in Malaysia exclusively on the law of judicial review. His writings have also been published in the Star Newspaper Property Section (Star Property) and The Edge.

Gregory was Vice President of the Malaysian Institute of Arbitrators.
