Marián Masarik is the founding partner and shareholder of the firm.
In RELEVANS, he heads the division and the team of lawyers dealing with mergers and acquisitions, company law, competition law, intellectual property law, banking, and financial law.
Prior to the establishment of RELEVANS, he worked in telecommunications and finance sector, and later as an attorney at law he advised to a major financial group in the Slovak Republic.

During his practice, he has been involved in many complex and complicated transactions, especially in the banking, energy, telecommunications and media, information technology, healthcare sector and real estate projects.
