The firm:

The law office was founded by Attys. Robenson Avenida and Janina Marie Fernando-Lagman in 2014 after they left BDO Unibank Inc., one of the biggest banking institutions in the Philippines, as part of the Asset Recovery and Remedial Management Team. Atty. Fernando-Lagman, came from a family of lawyers in which her father, the late Judge Jose Ener Fernando helped her establish the law office’s main branch in her home province, Guagua, Pampanga. While Atty. Avenida opened the office’s first branch in Makati City, a premier central business district in the Philippines.

 The law office’s Makati branch focused its practice on Philippine Immigration by servicing multinational companies and established relocating companies. At the same time, Atty. Avenida’s long experience in banking, finance, and collection helped the firm secure banks and financial institutions as clients.  The law office services have expanded to business registration and consultancy, assisting foreign companies establish presence in the growing Philippine economy. However, the firm still focus on its main practice—Philippine Immigration—which gained the law office good repute as one of the leading firms on this field of practice.

Area of Expertise:

Philippine Immigration (Visa and Work Permits) – The firm assists clients in securing working permits and visas for its expatriates. As a duly accredited law office by the Philippine Bureau of Immigration, the law office has established vast experience and networks that efficiently accomplish their deliverables within the promised turnaround time.
