Career

During her professional career María del Rosario  has been linked as a lawyer, manager and general advisor to entities of the banking and financial sector.
In DG&A, she has participated in different processes of structuring companies giving legal advice on commercial, financial and foreign investment law, all of which has involved the study of figures, statistics, financial statements and economic projections.  She has extensive experience in the organizational structuring of business models as in the creation of contractual schemes.
