Boutique firm Serranomartinez focuses on corporate and shareholder litigation, merger proceedings and unfair competition litigation, as well as general competition law infringements. Practice head Felipe Serrano has been particularly active with recent matters including the representation of Chevron Petroleum Company before the Superintendencia in relation to a share acquisition matter; and the defence of Uber against unfair competition allegations brought by a major Colombian taxi company.
