Specialises in commercial landlord and tenant, development, investment, acquisition and disposal work; often within the retail sector. David advised P&O Estates on the site assembly and lettings for Drake Circus Shopping Centre, the largest retail development in Plymouth, and also Sutton Harbour Group on the pre-letting of a mixed use scheme at Portland, Weymouth in readiness for the 2012 Olympic sailing events. Recently, David acted for Pentwin Limited on the portfolio sale of its commercial properties, subject to occupational leases held by Epwin Group and for ERS Transition Limited on its acquisition of numerous leasehold properties around the UK as part of its securing of £22 million of NHS contacts from another national healthcare organisation. He boasts a network of local and national clients including: Harrier LLC, Windmill Developments, Cary Trust, ERS Transition, Michael Spiers Jewellers, Harvey’s Foundry Trust and Woodside Animal Welfare Trust.
