The group is jointly led by founding partners Felipe Sáez (‘the best support an internal lawyer can have when they have labour issues’, whose track record includes significant collective bargaining processes in the mining and banking industries; and Raul Fernandez, who acts for companies in lawsuits regarding contract terminations, fundamental labour rights, workplace accidents, and anti-union practices, among other matters.
