Career

A founding partner of CGM, Patricia heads the labor and employment practice, working in both consulting and litigation, representing domestic and international companies from various sectors of the economy. In her career, she has accumulated a significant number of successful cases involving hiring, compensation, and dismissal of employees; profit sharing plans; representation of clients before the Labor Prosecutor’s Office and other Brazilian authorities; labor due diligence in merger and acquisition transactions; and representation of companies in negotiations with labor unions throughout the country. Patricia also acts in the management of labor and employment projects covering several regions of Latin America.
