A founding partner of CGM, Adriano has extensive experience in corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, foreign investment, technology, and data protection. He assists local and international companies from different sectors of the economy in their investments and business in Brazil and abroad. He also coordinates the digital law and privacy and data protection practices, and the firm’s technology and innovation group. He builds on his knowledge of transactions involving e-commerce, cybersecurity, internet, software, startups, and fintech companies, in their various stages.
