Partner of CGM, Ricardo has approximately three decades of experience in the tax area, with a special focus on indirect taxes, M&A, and tax litigation. He has built strong relationships with clients from several industries, especially in the automotive, services, and technology sectors. With a strong international profile, Ricardo has advised several multinationals in structuring their businesses in Brazil, in the acquisitions of domestic companies, due diligences, corporate reorganizations, and reaching solutions for complex tax matters and proceedings in the country. He often works with some of the most respected international law firms for mutual clients.
