Career

Natali has more than 15 years of experience in competition law, having worked in several complex transactions before competition authorities, coordinating multi-jurisdictional notifications, implementing and coordinating clean teams, and coordinating commercial negotiations among competitors. She also represented legal entities and individuals in antitrust investigations involving cartel practices and unilateral conduct, such as refusal to sell, exclusivity, discrimination, among others. In compliance, she has experience in coordinating complex forensic investigations, as well as in structuring and reviewing anti-corruption and competition compliance policies. Her experience also includes international trade issues, representing petitioning and importing legal entities in trade defense procedures (antidumping, subsidies and safeguards), as well as in requests for tariff changes.

Throughout her career, she has represented companies in several sectors including pharmaceuticals, medical products, electric energy, oil and gas, transport, chemical and finance.

Participated as a Non-Governmental Advisor in the 2021 Cartel Workshop, promoted by the International Competition Network, and was the director of the Women in Antitrust network (2018-2019).
