Benjamín joined MBC in 2014 and has been a partner since 2019, standing so out his career in the firm and his commitment with the companies’ growth. He previously worked at Cariola, Díez, Pérez Cotapos & Cia. (2012-2014) and at Larraín, Rencoret y Urzúa (2010-2012).

In recent highlights, the practice advised Inmobiliaria Torre Apoquindo on the negotiation and drafting of two lease agreements for a major real estate project called Urbana Center Apoquindo, as well as advising Inmobiliaria Irarrázaval Dos on the sale of the Somma Plaza Ñuñoa building. Jointly leading the department, Carolina Menichetti, Ignacio Bolelli and Benjamín Salas are all real estate development and financing specialists. At senior associate level, the practices of both Francisca Rodríguez and Josefina Durán include building permit matters, sales and leases.
