MBC Abogados’ large, 14-strong real estate practice has ‘a great deal of experience in real estate deals’. The team has a strong market-reputation for real estate acquisitions, sales and developments; and in addition to advising on significant matters in Chile, it also assists with real estate projects throughout Latin America. In recent highlights, the practice advised Inmobiliaria Torre Apoquindo on the negotiation and drafting of two lease agreements for a major real estate project called Urbana Center Apoquindo, as well as advising Inmobiliaria Irarrázaval Dos on the sale of the Somma Plaza Ñuñoa building. Jointly leading the department, Carolina Menichetti, Ignacio Bolelli and Benjamín Salas are all real estate development and financing specialists. At senior associate level, the practices of both Francisca Rodríguez and Josefina Durán include building permit matters, sales and leases.
