Position

Lorraine’s main areas of practice are employment law and criminal law. She has significant employment law experience working with both employers and employees on a wide range of legal issues including advice and representation on unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy, constructive dismissal and restrictive covenants.  She regularly attends both Jersey courts and employment tribunals acting for clients regarding employment law issues and in defending various statutory offences.

Lorraine also acts for clients with regard to personal injury claims and in matters of dispute in regard to contentious probate.

She has gained thirty years’ experience within the finance and legal industry.

Career

Solicitor – England & Wales (non-practising) 2020. Called as an Advocate of the Royal Court of Jersey in 2012. Practised at Bedell Cristin, Jenners, Blakeley Legal, and Hatstone. Joined Parslows 2017.
