Position

Jersey Advocate with over twenty years of experience advising both corporates and individuals on a range of property matters. While he acts for a broad client base, Carl has a particular emphasis on acting for Jersey owner-managed businesses and SMEs. He brings considerable expertise to the team having acted for a significant number of multinational clients including investors, developers, lenders and private clients on a wide range of complex and high-value instructions.  Carl is also a notary public.

Career

Called as an English Barrister in 1996 (Middle Temple – non-practising). Called as an Advocate of the Royal Court of Jersey in 2003. Admitted as a Notary Public in 2005. Practised at Ogier, Sinels and Bedell Cristin. Founded Parslows 2011.
