I am a corporate and commercial lawyer specialising in corporate transactions including business sales, acquisitions, mergers and management buyouts.
I also advise on shareholder agreements, share reorganisations, partnership agreements, joint venture agreements and commercial contracts.
I always bear in mind the commercial context when advising on legal matters and make sure I understand a client’s objectives and priorities at the outset. A high proportion of our business is from repeat clients which is testament to the success of this commercial approach.
I enjoy building long term relationships with clients who appreciate my pragmatic approach and concise advice on complex issues.
