The team has construction (FIDIC), regulatory, project, litigation and arbitration expertise, acting for major French and international energy companies, as well as engineering companies and contractors. On the domestic side, it is advising Fusion for Energy (F4E) on the International Thermonuclear Energy project. It is also assisting with inter-connector and oil refinery projects and handles litigation related to the manufacturing of turbines. The team is also advising a member of a consortium on a large-scale nuclear construction project abroad and is involved in large hydropower projects in Africa. Other areas of expertise include advising on pipeline and oil production sharing contracts. BP, Engie Green, Nec, Neoen and Vinci Construction Grands Projets are also clients.
