Karl  Guterstam is an expert in dispute resolution with extensive experience of both international and domestic arbitration as well as litigation. He has acted as counsel in disputes before most major arbitral institutions concerning disputes in, amongst other things, the insurance, construction, IT and energy sectors. Karl also serves as arbitrator in both Swedish and international cases.

In addition, Karl is an active member of several arbitration associations, is a regular speaker on arbitration topics and is the co-author of the commentary to the SCC rules.
