Position

Dr Nicolas Herzog is a partner at Niedermann Rechtsanwälte and is regularly retained in cross-border disputes. Career

Trained Zurich; qualified 2001. Bar admission 2001, clerkship with the Swiss Federal Supreme Court, senior associate with the dispute resolution team of a leading Zurich law firm (Homburger AG). In 2012 he co-established the litigation firm Herzog & Gozzi, which merged with Niedermann Rechtsanwälte in 2012. Partner Niedermann Rechtsanwälte 2012 to date.
