Michael Kunz supports innovation leaders and internationally oriented technology companies focusing on FinTech, blockchain and DLT, data protection, software license management and cloud computing. He also has in-depth knowledge of intellectual property and financial markets law and supports clients in regulatory matters and the commercialization of their intellectual property rights.
Michael has a solid technical and legal understanding of DLT technology and digital distribution models and is a proponent of pragmatic solutions. He is primarily active in an advisory and contract drafting capacity, thereby ensuring that his clients can focus on their core business.
