Partner and head of the dispute resolution department. Specialising in complex and high value commercial disputes, both litigation and arbitration. Commercial disputes of all kinds including director and shareholder disputes, breach of contract, breach of trust, fraud and professional negligence as well as commercial aspects arising from matrimonial proceedings. Acts for corporate and individual shareholders/directors, high net worth individuals, corporate trustees, professional services firms, media and marketing services companies, technology companies, retailers, partnerships and others.

Contributor to legal and trade press including ‘The Lawyer’, ‘Law Society Gazette’, ‘In-House Lawyer’, and ‘New Law Journal’. Contributor to published books ‘Distress for Rent’ (1999); ‘Employment, Partnership and Discrimination Law for Professional Partnerships’ (2005); and ‘ADR Client Strategies in the UK’ (2008). Contributor to two Legal Network Television programmes on conflicts of interest and solicitors’ professional rules.
