Position

PARTNER; Laurent Gamet devotes most of his activity to litigation. He works alongside the employer either to ward off litigation, or most efficiently deal with it. He intervenes both during the enquiry stage (Défenseur des droits, investigation), in the Civil Courts, including the Industrial Tribunal, and in the Criminal Courts. He has often been called upon to advise in the course of disputes over health and safety issues at work, and through that acquired expertise, is now actively involved in Flichy Grangé’s Health & Safety practice.

Laurent Gamet professor of labour law at the Institut d’études politiques de Paris (Political Institute of Paris), and at Université Paris 13 – Sorbonne Paris Cité, where he is in charge of the Master’s Degree in Labour Law. Laurent Gamet is also Director of the Institut d’Études Judiciaires of the Université Paris 13 – Sorbonne Paris Cité. Author of a number of books as well as articles for labour law journals, invited to speak at many conferences, Laurent Gamet is involved with various think tanks such as the Institut Montaigne or ANDRH.
