Stéphanie Guedes da Costa’s particular expertise lies in the area of relations with staff representative bodies, staff elections, collective negotiations, and restructuring operations. She joined Flichy Grangé Avocats after working for eight years at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, where she had been Counsel since 2009. Prior to this, she worked as an associate at Bélier & Associés.

In addition to publishing a number of articles on international mobility, she was also a lecturer of EU and international employment law as well as employment law at Nanterre University and also participates in lectures at the Ecole de Formation du Barreau (law school).
