Employment law boutique Flichy Grangé Avocats is a powerhouse in the field. Few firms, even among the elites, are able to attract so many high-profile mandates each year. The large team recently played a front role in several of France’s high-end M&A deals, including  the Tf1-M6 and Veolia-Suez transactions. Many leading companies, mostly French ones from a wide range of sectors, including the energy, press, aviation, catering, energy, retail and transport secotrs, turned to the firm for strategic projects, such as the implementation of restructurings, mass downsizing (often concerning more than a 1,000 jobs), and collective bargainings, for example of permanent part-time work. The team is also well versed in mass litigation, sensitive individual files and welfare matters. The team’s many highly experienced partners includes founding partner Joël Grangé, one of the most revered names in the field, Florence AubonnetArnaud ChauletFlorence Bacquet, Marine Conche, Aurélie Cormier Le Goff, Jeannie Crédoz-RosierStéphanie DumasNabila Fauché El AlougriStéphanie Guedes Da Costa  and Caroline Scherrmann. 2021 saw the departure of Stéphane Bloch and the arrival of Natacha Lesellier, who joined from an in-house position.

One of France’s leading boutique firms Flichy Grangé Avocats has large resources with a big and an impressive client base. The long-established practice routinely manages highly challenging work, including large-scale restructuring and litigation involving several hundred to more than a thousand employees. The practice has notably been entrusted by Société Générale to implement a collective contractual termination agreement for around 1600 job cuts around the world, and manages proceedings involving more than 800 plaintiffs concerning the shutdown of client Goodyear’s Amiens Nord plant in 2014. In addition, the firm is handling a high-stake asbestos and chemical risk-exposure related mass dispute, and provides assistance with some of the market’s most high-profile M&A transactions. The team includes many experienced partners including the  recommended below names: founding partner Joël Grangé,  Florence AubonnetArnaud ChauletOlivier Kress, Blandine AllixFlorence Bacquet, Aurélie Cormier Le Goff,  Jeannie Crédoz-Rosier, Stéphanie Dumas, Joumana Frangié-Moukanas, Nabila Fauché El AlougriStéphanie Guedes Da Costa,  Juliana Kovac, Caroline Scherrmann and Amandine Vetu.
