Position

David is a partner in the corporate department in the Thames Valley and carries out a full range of corporate work, including mergers and acquisitions, buy-outs, fundraising rounds, joint ventures and reorganisations. He specialises, in particular, in the information technology and publishing sectors, acting for a number of IT companies and publishers in and around the Thames Valley.
