Position

Partner in the firm’s real estate litigation team and represents a range of clients including landlords, tenants and developers. He provides comprehensive advice on residential property issues to include rent and service charge disputes in the First Tier Tribunal, enfranchisements claims, party wall claims, boundary disputes and adverse possession claims. He also specialises in property related professional negligence claims and vacant possession strategies for large scale development sites.

He works closely with institutional landlords, advising on breaches of covenant, forfeiture and the recovery of arrears, and social housing providers in relation to the effective management of their portfolios including possession proceedings, disrepair claims, anti-social behaviour and injunctions for access.
