Melvin is a partner in the corporate team and a member of the management board. He has developed particular expertise in company acquisitions and disposals and financing arrangements (both debt and equity and advises a number of the firm’s major clients), particularly those in the real estate sector. He is also a regular speaker at conferences. He graduated from Durham University and was a trainee and solicitor at Clifford Chance. He joined Manches in 1984 and became a partner in 1988.
