Tarnya is a partner in the firm’s best practice group. As head of the knowledge team, she is responsible for developing and driving the firm’s knowledge management strategy and leading a well-regarded team of knowledge lawyers and knowledge experts. Members of the team provide insight on legal and technological developments and use knowledge management to redesign processes and systems to deliver exceptional client service. They also identify opportunities for the firm to collaborate with clients to help them deliver their own strategic goals.
Tarnya also has a broad range of real estate experience having acted for landowners, developers, tenants, retailers, banks and insolvency practitioners on development and investment projects, acquisitions and disposals, and landlord and tenant matters.
Career
Tarnya qualified as a commercial real estate lawyer in 1996. She joined Penningtons Manches Cooper in 2010, and became a partner in 2021.
