Position
Katie is an associate director and knowledge lawyer for the IP, IT and commercial team. Having trained at a leading London IP firm, she qualified into its commercial, IP and IT practice group in 2002. She has experience of advising clients on a range of agreements across a number of sectors including life sciences, consumer products and technology.
Katie supports the IP, IT and commercial team in delivering high quality, cost effective legal advice. She keeps the team up to date with legal developments, draft precedents and delivers training. Katie is also a member of the firm’s knowledge management team and works closely with the firm’s management board to implement strategies that drive innovation, process improvement and the facilitation of knowledge sharing across the firm.

She is a member of the Society for Computers and Law.
Education
She holds a law degree from Manchester University (1996) and a postgraduate diploma in IP law and practice from Bristol University (2004).
