She also assists with family cases: spouse/civil/unmarried partner, children and other relatives, ancestry, including indefinite leave to remain for all type of applications, applications for EU nationals, British nationality and citizenship cases. She advises on all aspects of UK Business Immigration Law and assists UK Employers with applications for a sponsor licence and advise on compliance and audits under the Tier 2 and Tier 5 categories.


Trained at the Centre for Community Law, South Africa and Van Rensburg Attorneys in South Africa. Qualified as a South African lawyer in 1999. Worked at Breytenbachs Solicitors in the UK from 2011 to 2005 and qualified in the UK as Solicitor in 2005. Worked at IMPI Group Ltd as Immigration Consultant and commenced employment at Magrath Solicitors as Assistant Solicitor until Magrath 2012, Associate 2012, and Partner since 2015.     In recent years, the country ́s the government has been committed to improving Taxation in Nicaragua and attempting to follow the legislative model used by some of the other countries in the region. Starting January 1st, 2013, a new tax law (Law No. 822, Tax Concertation Law) came into force in and completely changed the taxation system in Nicaragua. Two years later a new law was issued by the National Assembly containing more than 80 amendments, additions and repeals (Law No 891) which came into force December 18th, 2014.
