Position
Tom’s practice encompasses a wide range of commercial real estate matters, including transactions involving corporate property, the financing, acquisition and disposal of investment property and property portfolios, the negotiation of commercial leases for both landlords and tenants, and development-related work.
Tom’s clients include corporates, private equity houses, property investors and property developers.
He has particular expertise in relation to the real estate aspects of the domestic and cross-border sale and purchase, financing, restructuring and reorganisation of businesses and of public and private companies.
Tom is a member of the City of London Law Society Land Law Committee.
