Position

Melanie is a Principal Associate in our Corporate & Private Equity team, and focuses on acquisitions, disposals, management buyouts, private equity transactions, joint ventures and investments. She also advises on distribution agreements, sale of goods and services agreements and terms and conditions.

She acts for private equity funds, management teams, from start-ups to large listed companies, directors and individual shareholders. She has worked on both the buy-side and the sell-side, cross-border and UK transactions, as well as advising on joint ventures and shareholder arrangements.

Melanie has managed the disposal of multiple companies for a FTSE 100 PLC, and is expert in project managing acquisition and disposal processes.
