Position
Alison is a Principal Associate in our Employment & Immigration team, having recently joined Capital from a leading commercial law firm.
She regularly advises and trains employers and HR professionals on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment issues including disciplinary and grievance matters, long-term sickness absence, discrimination, employee relations, reorganisations and TUPE. She also has significant experience of acting for clients in Employment Tribunal matters, often involving complex multi-party litigation.
Alison previously undertook an 18-month secondment to a large publicly listed company, during which time she was the sole employment lawyer and provided legal and strategic advice on all employment related queries, as well as training to the group HR function and the HR population.
