I just wanted to take the opportunity to thank you for the excellent service you’ve provided to date. It’s been a revelation that you have been so easily accessible and we have not had to chase for responses, also we are pleased with the excellent quality of your work which is obviously based on a good understanding of the issues we have faced.

Lawyer Rankings

Wales > Public sector

Although its core public law/regulatory expertise was severely impacted by the departures towards the end of 2022 of both Nicola Mead-Batten  and Trish D’Souza to TLT and Blake Morgan LLP, respectively, Capital Law Limited continues to handle a significant volume of work for public sector clients across a number of its practice area groups. Property litigator Stephen Meade is regularly instructed by British Medical Association, including in a closely watched dispute challenging the basis of demanded service charges from the NHSPS. Associate Tod Davies  is developing a strong reputation for public law and regulatory matters as a function of his commercial litigation offering, including work for the Gambling Commission.
