Jo is known for being a commercially minded real estate finance lawyer focusing on the client's objectives, having focused in real estate finance throughout her career, she has an in-depth knowledge of the market and who is active within in it. She acts for a wide variety of borrowers, including institutional investors as well as private equity. On the lending side, Jo acts for leading clearing banks and some of the relatively new entrants in the market.
