China > Corporate and M&A: foreign firms

Led by Jun Wei, who is the chair of the Greater China practice, the team advises on China inbound/outbound and other multijurisdictional deals, as well as domestic M&A, for Chinese and international clients. It is particularly active in sectors such as life sciences and healthcare, energy, TMT, retail and real estate sectors. Tim Fletcher heads up the specialist financial institutions group, which handles corporate transactions and regulatory matters for banking, insurance and fund clients, among others. Stephanie Tang, who is the head of private equity, joined from Shearman & SterlingAndrew McGinty  is also recommended.
