Career

Recognised for his focus in the tax aspects of the true-sale securitisation of receivables and other asset-backed securities transactions, Zbigniew Marczyk is a licensed lawyer and tax advisor combining over 20 years of tax advisory experience with a deep understanding of his clients’ business. Because of the considerable number of these types of projects Zbigniew has participated in, including the first true-sale securitisation of auto loans on the Polish market implemented by one of the Polish banks, he has been able to gain significant knowledge on all the crucial tax aspects of such financing. However, Zbigniew’s professional activity is much wider than only providing advice to the financial sector; his second area of knowledge and experience is advising on real estate transactions including various types of properties such as office buildings, warehouses, shopping centres, hotels, and undeveloped lands.
