Clients rely on Maria Durant’s counsel in connection with internal corporate and government investigations, government enforcement actions, and complex civil litigation, including qui tam actions and multi-district litigation. Maria’s experience includes virtually every type of investigation including false claims, anti-kickback, Stark laws, healthcare fraud and other related misrepresentations.
With expansive experience representing clients in the Life Sciences and Health Care industry, Maria counsels medical device and pharmaceutical manufacturers, health service organizations, and individual providers.
