Jane Ross represents buyers and sellers of public and private companies across many industries, with a focus on the information technology and life sciences sectors.
Jane has handled multibillion-dollar transactions for many of Silicon Valley’s most recognizable industry-leading technology companies and has also conducted significant transactional work for major global companies in the pharmaceutical and technology industries, including a variety of cross-border mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and joint venture transactions.
Jane was named “Best in Mergers and Acquisitions” by Euromoney’s Women in Business Law Awards in 2015, and The Legal 500 recognizes her as a standout in Mergers, Acquisitions, and Buyouts, describing her as “a wonderful M&A lawyer” who is “a pragmatic straight-shooter, cost effective, and driven to achieve great results for her clients.”
Among her many accolades, The Recorder selected Jane among its top “Women Leaders in Tech Law” for 2014-2016, and Expert Guides recognized her as an “expert” in M&A by “Women in Business Law” in 2014.
