Taylor Evans works with clients in the energy sector and beyond to maximize their business opportunities. Taylor helps clients navigate the wide range of challenging intellectual property (IP) issues they face from patent prosecution to transactional IP work.
Taylor’s practice is centered on energy-focused patents and technology-enabled transactions. He has advised clients on licensing, merger and acquisition and deal support, and joint development agreements, as well as patent protection of their technology developments. Taylor calls upon his deep technical experience, market knowledge, and background as a mechanical engineer to help clients assess risk and analyze the state of a company’s IP portfolio.
He has also advised clients on patent preparation and prosecution issues in biotechnology, medical devices, mechanical arts, and semiconductor fabrication and packaging.
