Stéphane Huten is a partner in our Paris office and head of our Corporate & Finance practice in France and of the global Private Equity Leadership Team. He focuses primarily on mergers and acquisitions both on private and public companies with particular expertise in private equity transactions. He also advises on stock exchange law and corporate governance issues.
Stéphane has been ranked 6th busiest M&A lawyer in Europe according to data from Mergermarket in 2020. Hes been recognised Lawyer of the Year in Private Equity by the French magazine Option Droit & Affaires in 2021 and as Stand-out Lawyer by Thomson Reuters 2021 and Top Dealmakers in EMEAs Mid Cap Lawyers (#6) by MergerLinks 2021.
