A partner in the Hogan Lovells Insurance and Reinsurance Department, Helen Chapman, focuses on advising on all aspects of insurance law and insurance regulation. Her clients include corporations who purchase insurance, insurers, reinsurers and insurance intermediaries. Having focused on insurance for her whole career Helen brings a wealth of experience to her work.
She has previously held senior positions in the in-house legal departments of a global broker and a UK authorised reinsurer. She has significant insight into the operation of the insurance market from a business, legal and regulatory perspective. Helen is an Individual Skilled Person on the PRA/FCA Skilled Persons Panel.
