Katie Gill practices primarily in the area of investment grade domestic and international banking and finance. With a particular emphasis on acquisition and cross-border finance, she has represented both borrowers and lenders on a wide range of lending transactions, including secured and unsecured lending, bilateral and syndicated loans, senior and mezzanine loans, subordinated debt, and inter-creditor issues.  

She has extensive experience in acquisition financing, general corporate borrowing, real estate finance, and share securities margin lending. She advises clients across a variety of industry sectors. Katie has extensive experience in acquisition finance and corporate lending in the hotels, hospitality and lodging industry, as well as in the energy and technology sectors. She also works regularly for a variety of investment grade corporate borrowers and high net worth individuals in advising on their acquisition, investment, and corporate borrowing needs.
